What is it?
A gentle class for all abilities, focusing on different asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). This practise links the movement with the breath and a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone is given. (Equipment: A mat, Yoga block or folded blanket/towel)
