Monthly Membership
- Monthly membership of £28 running from the 1st of each month.
- You can participate in unlimited live online classes.
- Book to receive any class recording.
- Receive the class recording when you missed your booked live online class
- Access to links to any pre-recorded classes and extra workouts uploaded on Vimeo, through the website.
- Must give 1 months notice to cancel.
Individual online classes
- Book individual online live classes for £4 per class.
- Book by 8am of the day the class is due.
- I cannot accept cancellations unless they are at least 24 hours before the class is due. If you cannot make a class and it is due in less than 24 hours, you will receive a recording of the class which will be available for 6 days.
NK Dance & Fitness Face 2 Face classes
- Pre-Book face 2 face classes for £6 per class or drop in without pre-booking £7 per class
- Pre-Book any Yoga face 2 face classes for £8 per class or Drop in for £10 per class
- For Day time classes book by 8.30am on the day the class is due and for Evening classes by 5.00pm.

A refund will be sent to you if you cancel at least 24hours before.

Other online & Face 2 Face classes
- Any online or face to face classes organised by other providers, leisure centres and health clubs have their own prices and booking systems, please contact them directly.
Virtual Classes
- Try 3 free classes within a week before you join the monthly membership
- Mix Monthly Pass 12 classes per month mixing face 2 face and virtual for £60
Face 2 Face classes
- Free trial of your first class
- Various 10 class Passes at the price of 9 classes available when you book via https://bookwhen.com/nkdanceandfitness for all face 2 face classes. Valid for 120 days from day of purchace
- Mix Monthly Pass 12 classes per month mixing face 2 face and virtual for £60
